"The men of MWR did a fantastic job on my master bath remodel. I had started the job myself 2 years ago but lost the physical ability to complete it after just doing the demo of the old shower. tub, and tile floor. MWR was actually willing to come in and complete the job for my wife and I. Many contractors will not do that for you. I wanted a high end steam shower kit installed and they did that as will as a new vanity with marble top. They removed and sided over an existing window and added a new window where we wanted one. They also added seamless vinyl flooring that my wife and I prefer over tile or wood. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. So much so they are rebuilding our back deck and re-siding our home."

"They had an estimator at our location the day I first made contact.  Rob was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. He answered all my questions and respected my timeline and need to gather other quotes.  I was especially grateful for Rob's detailed explanation for his approach to our roofing needs.
In the end we did not go with Deans, but only because we opted for a different approach to redo the flat part of the roof.  The Deans price estimate was on the lower end of 4 that we received, and was definitely reasonable.

"I called Donnie Saturday morning in a panic...we live 3 hours away from a property we were having remodeled. We met the movers at the condo on Friday and it was not livable!! "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"It was very good.  It was a good experience. He did an awesome job. One of the ones I really wanted repair he did not have a ladder high enough to see what was wrong so it remains not working. He tested it. I think we went over like 30 mins.  The price was for parts and time over. I would not have gotten that anywhere cheaper."

"Went very well.  Removed old rotted post.  Mixed and poured concrete base for new post.  Cut and installed new post.  Looks great, should last as long as the house.  Very happy with work.  I was present when Richard came and removed the old post and poured concrete.  Was very enjoyable sharing Snellville area memories with him while he worked.  Missed being there when he came back to install new post.
