"Ron and Gayle are both knowledgeable about how wells work and are repaired. They explained how they were going to repair it and gave me an estimate. Ron then proceeded to remove the old pump and ran into some unexpected issues. He came on time at 5 and we realized that he was going to come back with different equipment. They returned bright and early and proceeded to repair my well. I now have the best water I have ever had without using the softener. The water was clean,clear and NO SULFUR smell which I have had for the last 40 years with the use of my softener and the many filters that my late husband put in place. I highly recommend this company as they are as friendly as they are proficient at their craft. I will never call another company out to repair or replace my well. "Highlander sent a plumber to install my laundry tub pump and he did so in a timely manner. He had no idea of how my water softener system worked even though it was purchased from Highlander Plumbing. He suggested I call the manufacturer so I did. I was hoping for one serviceman to take care of both problems and could have if they would have sent Brian, the guy that installed it. Otherwise I was happy with the plumber and the pump installation"
