"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Casey & Nathan came, gave me a bid & figured out how to install the tiles just the way I wanted it to be. I got 5 bids from different contractors & theirs was in the middle.  I decided to use them because of their professionalism & attention to detail. They were both very personable, polite & wanted to be sure I was happy with every aspect of the job. I would definitely use them again for other work at our home & refer them to friends & neighbors. <br />"

"Robert made the experience as painless as possible for us.  He arrived on time to begin the work; always left the work area clean at the end of each day; and was totally willing to make creative adjustments when unanticipated probelms arose.  Additionally, he is a very pleasant person to work with.  We had a few snags in our original plan (e.g., inspector needed additonal supports int he asement under the bath, the cabinets were too tight as initially constructed, etc.) but Robert worked with us for solutions and what could have been a highly stressful project flowed very smoothly.  We were exceedingly delighted. <br /> <br />"

"Ken came to give me a quote on all of the items. He then set a time to get to work. He worked diligently and was very professional. He also told me ways to do things cheaper for future. Such as, if I go buy the item, he will just charge for labor. The basement looks awesome and I am actually having him come do some more things for me when he becomes available. Their normal job is installing safety rails and ramps, but during the winter it is slow."

FAQs for thermostat installation and replacement projects in Farmington, MO

Smart thermostats may be worth it for many homeowners. They come with various features, including voice control and smartphone apps. Vacation mode can help lower energy usage when you’re out of town for an extended period. Alert warnings let you know about major spikes or drops in temperature. Smartphone apps can track energy usage, and smart thermostats can learn your routine over time to adjust your temperature and reduce wasted energy consumption automatically.

You typically do not need more than one smart thermostat. While it’s common to see multiple mechanical thermostats throughout a large home, multiple smart thermostats may try to override each other. This can lead to problems with the HVAC system. Ensure the unit you buy has the option for dual- or multi-zoned systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Installing a programmable or smart thermostat may save you $180 per year in utility costs. A big part of this comes from a smart thermostat’s ability to learn and adapt to your regular routines. With smartphone apps or web-based interfaces, you also have the option to control your thermostat when you’re not home.
