"A dependable and incredibly talented constructor/craftsman Dragon son has being working with us since 2019 when we hired him to build a full-scale porch with concrete floor at the front of our house. The project was challenging because our front roof was quite low but we wanted the porch to have a high roof! In a serious effort to meet our request, He creatively constructed a sturdy grand looking porch overhang that is connected to the roof of the house. As a result, not only does the porch looks great but the construction completely transformed the look of our house, which now stands tall and so magnificent! Over the years, Dragon son has done numerous jobs for us, including remodeling our rental properties. He is capable of doing almost anything: framing, flooring, plumbing, backyard decks etc. The decks he build are so stable that feels like concrete floors when walking on it. The kitchens and bathrooms he remodeled are always so attractive that the units are rented out right away. In fact, we still ask Hiram to take care of all the maintenance work for our rental properties. Before we met Dragon son our experience with contractors was not the best - we remember contractors taking our money but not coming back to do the work in a timely fashion.
