They came out and did an estimate, I asked a few questions and the responsiveness was on POINT. Additionally, I caused a scheduling mishap and they were able to accommodate my schedule changes. I also appreciate that they were able to install the flooring that I already purchased. The floor looks great and I have ALREADY (and will continue to ) recommend them."

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"Mr. Foote replaced my old cabinets with new ones, added a dishwasher, fixed the ceiling in the dining area, he also turned my kitchen closet into a laundry room;. He did fabulous work; is very professional. He kept me informed of what he was going to do each day, was prompt in being at my house on time and flexible with my work schedule, of which I very much appreciative. He is dedicated to pleasing his customers in doing work to fit the customer satisfication and I highly recommend him for renovations/upgrades and remodeling."

"Mark Hooper at Construction Services of Virginia was great to work with and very cost conscious. We didn't have detailed plans, but he was able to complete everything beautifully, and gave us ideas to make everything work together well. Mark has a wealth of experience and was meticulous in his finishes. We were so pleased with the results that we rehired Mark to screen in our back porch. That project also turned out really beautifully. We would definitely recommend Mark for any construction projects."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

Stayed very close to estimate given, extra work was found; to include plumbing and water damage which was taken care of with professional quality. Adam is great to work with, he listens and offers options, work was done in a timely manner and he removed all waste."

"TRS nearly completed my sunroom except for a few finish items which they have not attempted to correct after many requests. In review; the cold, dark shell of a room cost me in excess of $280 per/SF (a number greater than what Pulte Homes or any home builder spend to build a finished home). Among other issues; the "supervisor" rarely was on site to address issues that arose with the construction or didn't coordinate with my electrical contractor, items in the contract never materialized like a dumpster and the laborers used my wheelbarrow to mix cement, etc.

It was nice to watch things go so smoothly ....There was nothing he couldn't do. I thought I was going to have to hire a plumber to install the shower toilet sink water heater etc but I didn't."
