He arrived in a timely fashion after adjusting our original appointment time per my request. When he opened the box with the lock he informed me that the lock had been installed before and he was concerned that there might be a problem. He gave me time to exchange the lock at the local merchant for a new one, pointing out to look for a box where the seal had not been broken

While I was exchanging the item he was waiting in front of my house. When I returned he installed the lock without any problems and instructed me how to use it.

He did not charge  me extra for the time he spent waiting for me to exchange the item.

He was very professional and  friendly. I had used his service before and was very pleased then  as I was this time. I will call him again if I need his service. Great service!

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"We had Ferguson Home Improvements return to our home to paint our sons bedroom and install a ceiling fan.  The room was a 12 x 12 room and our son had been in there as a baby.  So you could imagine the holes from posters, pictures, and just wear and tear. I had already purchased the supplies with the intention of doing this job my self but just could not find the time so we asked them to give us and estimate.  Mr. Ferguson came in and told us sense we had all the materials he would do the room for $2 a square foot and hang our ceiling fan for $125.00.  So for $420.00 they went through made all the walls perfect fixed all the nail pops and holes from the posters and pictures and repainted all the walls.  I thought it was a great deal.  The room came out just awesome we will have them back to do more at our house.  Again thank you so much Ferguson Home Improvements.

One man was on the roof while the other worked inside in the fireplace opening. They were very careful to keep the dirt off the carpet which I appreciated. I would have them again now that I understand how they schedule.

"We hired Walls to come out and move our hot water heater that was located in our laundry area to another location in preparation of an addition to my laundry room.  In order to move the water heater an old water softener system would need to be removed and disposed of.  The work was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up very nicely when they were done.  Mark and Brian were extremely professional and friendly to work with."
