"We recently hired K and R Improvements for our basement remodel project. We needed framing work done and a drywall ceiling to be put up, as well as, the entire basement to be painted from ceiling to the trim. I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. The framing work was precise and solid everything was square, level, and built exactly as planned. You can immediately tell they take pride in doing things the right way, not cutting corners. The drywall installation and finishing were equally impressive. The seams are flawless, the corners are sharp, and the walls are perfectly smooth. It’s clear they have true expertise in their trade. When it came to painting, the results were exceptional. Clean lines, even coverage, and no mess left behind. "Jeremy at ST&S was the epitome of professional but he was also very friendly. The work he provided is beautiful and his prices were extremely fair. As with all projects things changed as we went along and I found Jeremy to be flexible. If he said he would be at my house at 7am, he was always punctual. A couple weeks after the project was completed there was a small problem with the granite. I texted him, he contacted the company and arranged for the issue to be corrected. Our kitchen was completed in the time frame he originally projected. He is an honest business man. You will not go wrong when you hire ST&S!"
