"Wow! Rooter Pro Plumbing 𠪠 is absolutely unprecedented in service in quality! I am amazed at how quickly the phone was answered and how unbelievable sweet and professional the dispatch staff is!! They quickly made adjustments to their schedule to get an emergency crew out to provide relief. The sewer main line was blocked completely, and the images and video Jay and his crew presented to me as a homeowner was very reassuring that this was in fact the cause of the total main failure. Nothing in the house would drain, but blessings to Rooter Pro Plumbing for making this plumbing work again 𠤣 !! Rooter Pro Plumbing provided me an excellent warranty to assure me of their workmanship and craftsmanship. Their work is very clean and they even called me out to look at the replacement pipe before backfilling. I will most certainly, undoubtedly use RPP again!"

"It was part of a service contract. I've used them for 30 years. Their price is fair. They're excellent service people, they're very responsible. They always come and they always fix it. After 30 years, they still do it."

"They did a great job, no leakeage as of now. New Main line intall."

"Worked quickly, carefully, and professionally. Troubleshoot electrical issues (circuit out). Provide and install a single-pole breaker for double tapped breakers, mail panel; provide and install panel surge protector in the electrical panel. Provide and replace an existing device with long-lasting receptacle devices in the existing box."

"Called and they showed up first thing the next day. They’re fast, reliable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable they taught me all about my system and had my septic flowing like new!!! 10/10 will definitely be calling them for all my septic needs!!!"

"they were totally professional throughout the process, and completed the job. Jeff Currie and his assistance expertly asses the low water pressure, drain, replaced the faulty item without delay. Job well done!"

"They came out and diagnose my problem, had a second diagnosis from someone else and went with that one."

"He did an excellent job, but charges were totally out of line for work performed and time it took. They were double what we had paid on a previous occasion with the same provider. At the same time, the technician lowered the water pressure in our system to unacceptably low levels, necessitating a return by a different tech to fix the problem caused by the first guy. We contacted a supervisor at Estes, and they lowered the charges for us, so we were happy overall with the outcome.
