"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"There were delays in returning phone calls.  (My contacts with Mr. McDuffie was about 9 months ago so my memory is a bit dulled since this happened so long ago. ).   Some of his responses were delayed as I tried to reach him during the terrible snow storms in Atlanta in January and communications were certainly poor then.   My husband and I were then away for over a month.   I did email him during our time away but I did not hear back from him.  When we returned, it did take me a few phone calls to reach him..   He was involved with some type of furniture show when we finally did connect..   However, once we agreed on a delivery date, he was right on time in bringing both pieces of furniture to our home. Mr. McDuffie was always courteous and pleasant.   I would hire Fix Fine Furniture again since I was impressed with the quality of  his work and the price.   My only complaint is that the communication with me could have been better since I was the one who had to continue to call him about the status of the work."
