"I can’t say enough great things about Casteel for all the services they provide. But, for this post specifically, we moved into a home just over 1 year ago knowing the system was very old (1994) and could have issues sooner rather than later. A recent service visit from Casteel validated that not only was our system old, but operating inefficiently and under capacity. We had a Steve follow up with us later that same day who analyzed our current system and calculated that it was under capacity. The home, when built, did not have a finished basement which, when added later prior to our occupancy, simply tapped into the existing system resulting in doubling the space the initial system was not rated to handle. Steve designed for us a new system sufficient for our needs and at 3 price-point options. We elected to do a complete replacement. Though that option was the most expensive, it was attractively discounted. We still got a great deal, a 10-year warranty, plus 2 years semi-annual service check ups. The installation team arrived on time as scheduled led by Kyle and another Steve, plus several other team members to install our new HVAC and heat pump. They dropped tarps within the interior of our home from used exterior doors to the basement and attic work locations. They did an excellent and professional installation to include upgrading to current code, Re-plumbing all lines, installing new thermostats, and adding a return air vent in the basement which had not been done when the basement was finished. They worked long and hard all day long, installation is clean, neat, and professional in appearance, and cleaned up afterwards exceptionally. I commend each and every one of them for a job well done! I highly recommend Casteel for all your heating, air, plumbing, electrical needs. I have used Casteel for all of these services because each and every time Casteel is punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and highly-competent providing their services. This is why I continue coming back to Casteel."

"NES was great! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything all the way through. I had tons of questions but he ended up really taking his time to answer them I had around 7 quotes from different companies but ultimately decided to go with NES because I felt I could trust the work. Even if the prices are similar, go with your gut and pick NES. There was no frills and extra bs. I ended up adding a ton of services on the original quote because the value it provided. If you are looking at this review you have most likely spoken with other vendors. I’ve talked to countless people saying they can’t give any ballpark quotes until they it. Scope of work may change when they see it BUT.. the price of the work shouldn’t change. Every vendor has a pricing sheet of the base level work. "I just moved into a recently renovated home and couldn't power up a brand new dryer that had just been delivered that morning. The delivery guys said that I had two days to figure out if the problem was the outlet or was dryer was defective. If it was the dryer, they would pick it up and take it back and bring a replacement at no charge, but only if the dryer was defective. The only way to know was to hire an electrician. Luckily I found Julius and called him explaining the situation and the urgency. He was here within 20 minutes! Not only did he show up fast and ready to get the job done, but he was so friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem right away as the outlet, which wasn't wired correctly. He explained the problem and showed me as I watched him as he fixed it. Plugged in the dryer, turned it on, and it worked! So, I just wanted to again say "Thank you, Julius!"…he was great!...I highly recommend TR & JP Handy Electricians."

"I called Britebox out due to an electrical issue and found that a breaker needed to replaced. They replaced the breaker incorrectly (using the wrong part). I found out that this was the wrong part when we had further electrical issues causing an appliance motor to burn out, meaning the whole appliance had to replaced. I called Britebox again but they quoted me $10,000 and claimed the whole panel needed to be replaced (the same panel their own electrician had looked at a few months before). I called out another electrician who told me the panel was brand new and should not be touched but that the breaker that Britebox had installed was the wrong one and had caused the new issue. Have called Britebox 7 times to try and speak to someone about this and been told someone would call me back again and again to no avail. My most recent communication ended with them hanging up on me after I waited on hold for 15 minutes."
