"Replaced two flood lights located in a difficult high location, no repair work required but didn't know that before the call. The lights are two stories up off a deck and three stories above the grade of the ground in the back yard. Price was a high for the amount of work in terms of actual time but was worth the money to keep me off a ladder. Professional and informative service. Would recommend."

"I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell and Demarcus. They called when they were on the way, arrived on time, and completed the installation in just a few hours. It was a tough job. The water heater was partially blocked by the furnace but Mitchell figured out how to remove the old heater without having to remove part of a wall, which is what I expected would have to happen. He re-piped the connections (the old piping was a mess!) ran the gas line extension to my stove area and placed the new heater. I had hot water within a few hours of job completion. I now look forward to hiring Mitchell again to install my new gas stove (once I buy it). I highly recommend Cool Air. I will receive a 10% discount on the water heater in the form of a gift card because I'm a Costco member."

"Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. I had a water leak from the meter to my house. Jerimey Jackson came out to assess the situation and found the leak in twenty minutes. He also determined the pressure valve was the cause of the water leak. He returned two days later with crew and all to replace my water line and pressure valve. I am very satisfied with the work that was at my home. I am also very satisfied with the level of professionalism from this company as a whole. I would definitely recommend this company! I would also like to recognize Guy Jolley who assisted Jerimey through this job."
