Jeff came out and looked at the flooring, asked several questions, and provided me with proof of the company's licensing to remove asbestos materials. He gave me a detailed overview of how the process would go. The thing I appreciated the most was that he told me that this was something my husband and I could do ourselves if we wanted (we're redoing our kitchen almost entirely by ourselves), and told me step-by-step how he would do it.
