"I would highly recommend Aluminum Company of NC. Several years ago, we had a large window replaced over the front door entry way. This year we noticed the window was smokey, called them up and sent a photo, window replaced no questions! They stand behind their lifetime warranty! After such great customer service, we just had all 19 windows replaced in our house. I would rate their customer service and installation team a 10! "Excellent. Outstanding. Exceeded all expectations. Mr. Ortiz and his crew were true professionals. He provided an accurate estimate in a very short time frame. He and his staff always showed up on time or a little early (which was very much appreciated). The work was done ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable price. They only used the highest quality paints (to include matching the colors we had decided on even though it was a different brand) and painstakingly prepared the walls before the first coat was applied. They prepared the rooms by positioning furniture, pictures, window treatmeants so they would be out of the way and then covered everything with protective sheets. They covered the floors with protective paper, were very efficient and quiet...we hardly noticed they were there. When they were finished with an area - everything was put back exactly as it was and they cleaned up everything. They even gave a discount because I was an Angie's List member. Overall a truly great experience and the house looks completely amazing. I couldn't ask for more. If I had to paint my house again (which I probaby won't need to for decades since they did such a great job) I would definitely hire them again...and recommend them to anyone needing a professional painter."

There were several windows that were difficult to reach, even with their extension ladder, and one of the men, Chris, figured out a way to clean them. "I was very impressed from start to finish with On Tops and Chris. Chris set a time to meet to give us an estimate and arranged to visit house prior to appointment to measure an ***** roof and sky lights. We received several estimates but choose On Tops based on the way Chris presented himself (On Tops was not the cheapest or the most expensive but competitive). The roof was replaced in one day, On Tops had a large crew that worked very hard. Chris gave us the name of the on site supv. and we worked with him during the installation. The day after the roof replacement Chris returned to inspect the roof and the clean up. The roof replacement did not impact our neighbors and the clean up returned yard and area around house to original condition. Would definitely recommend On Tops."

"In my experience, there is nothing not to like about this company! Ricky Lane, the owner, came to our house in Durham to estimate the need and cost. He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. It's been five months since then, and everything is fine."

"This is the second time I have used this company to replace my entire roof, (both due to severe hail damage). <br /> Excellent sales people who know their business. Full explanation of services and what work would be performed. Date was scheduled and sure enough, 7:00 am on day of work to start, 18-20 people show up to begin work. It was amazing, within 10 hours, the old shingles and tar paper off and new paper, new shingles, ridge vents were on. All of my plants and outside areas protected by tarps. The cleanup was also amazing. <br /> This company is also scheduled to replace my gutters and downspouts this week and I'm sure it will go as well as roof. <br /> Hopefully I will not need another roof in the future. I highly recommend this company for their service and professionalism. <br />"
