I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. "After a phone call with a representative that called me and discussion of the work I was looking for, and mentioning a number of times the work involved a site visit was scheduled. When the service person came to do an onsite evaluation, I was told: 'we don't do oil tank removals and installs.' Representative was obviously not trained for what I had requested during our phone conversation and that Nicholson Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical didn't do this service or wasn't informed of it during training."

"After having our water heater and gas boiler inspected, we learned that the water heater needed to be replaced and the gas boiler required thousands of dollars in repairs.  I originally contacted Peter Zereski about the water heater and also mentioned the issue with the boiler.  Peter carefully answered all of my questions and then asked if I was interested in a tankless unit that would supply all of the hot water to the house as well as the heat.  I ended up going with the tankless system which, after rebates, costs about the same as buying a new water heater and repairing the boiler.  Not only that but we now have a high efficiency system.  Peter was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very responsive.  The installation was a major task and he and his team managed to complete it within 3 days.  I am very pleased with how the installation turned out and will definitely use his services in the future
