"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

"My house is under contract and the current buyer's home inspector found mold in my crawlspace. I talked with MJ services to come out and investigate and told me it was an easy fix and would write up a quote. I did tell them I had a budget and if it went over that budget I would give the write up to the buyer and he would be in charge of fixing it. Melissa and John wrote up a quote that stayed within my budget and worked in the short time frame I had. I was very pleased with how easy the process was and how willing they were to work with me in this difficult situation of selling my house.

"The installation was completed quickly and efficiently and with high quality. The door include a pet door/flap too. On that note, make sure you a size that fits your pets. I have a medium size dog and her won't fit, and the person that ordered the door saw my pet, so not sure how the size turned out to be too small. However, I also have 4 cats and they can use the flap and I decided it was not the end of the world. I am still overall happy with the service and the overall door install."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
