We specialize in roofing, siding, replacement windows, attic insulation and ventilation, radiant barriers, solar power attic fans and gutter guards and utilize the latest in environmentally friendly products and resources. In 2012 we recycled over 250 tons of asphalt shingles. Dave Miner Exterior Home Improvements is an accredited A+ Member of the Better Business Bureau, a member of the Western Mass Home Builders Association and has received Angie’s List Super Service award from 2009-2012.

"I got a new roof replacement today. I had called Dave Miner last summer to get an estimate. Dave himself came out and I got a good vibe from him. I called him in January and despite the anticipated tariffs, he was able to come really close to last year's quote. Today, the crew came and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to accomplish the job. I even had one neighbor comment that they were surprised at how quick the crew was able to do the job. Leading up to today, I had 2 separate people tell me that they've only heard good things about Dave Miner. I'm happy to add to his positive reviews."
