"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"They do repair work and every so often, they will change out the filters there in my refrigerator. Basically anything that deals with the water softener because I have an inside unit and an outside unit."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"When our dryer suddenly stopped working, we needed a quick and reliable fix—especially with the cold weather making air-drying difficult. Justin from Tempest Appliance Services was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He provided an accurate quote upfront and gave us a clear timeline for the repair. Thanks to his expertise, our dryer is back up and running. Highly recommend Tempest Appliance Services for their excellent service!"

"Fantastic! The first task was to clear out my dryer vent on the roof from lent that was clogging it up. I had an appliance repair man come and fix the dryer that burned up because the lint trap was clogged but he wouldn't clear the lint trap so I still couldn't use the dryer. Ulysses did that for me and then my list just kept growing. He fixef my spare bathroom toilet that was broken, he fixed an electrical outlet that wasn't working, he changed my sink faucet, he regrouted my floors, he installed a hook for my daughter's silks, he replaced my baseboards the cats had destroyed and several other thanks too many to name. I'm so sad he moved but I'm making a new list hoping he'll make his way back down. I'm a single mom and it's so hard to find somebody you can trust and who can fix so many things. I'm really grateful for all the work that he was able to do for me."
