They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Greg and his team provided us excellent service and we are very pleased with the results. We obtained several estimates for all of the work and Greg's pricing was comparable to others; he distinguished himself by actually calling us back and following up with us when we reached out to him then explaining very clearly how he would do the work needed and what the benefits were of having it done.
     Our home is old (1890) and the crawl space was very very cluttered and full of debris, hanging wires etc.  Greg's team did an exceptional job of cleaning up the space, repairing the foundation then encapsulating the very large crawlspace area.  At the end of the project, I went underneath the house with Greg and inspected all of the work. The attention to detail was very impressive. We can now easily access the crawlspace, which I was afraid to go near before, and have ample storage space that is clean, dry and well lit. The crawl space is also now totally secure thanks to the two new doors he installed, which can each be padlocked.
       I highly recommend the Crawl Space Doctor, Greg McBride!  We always knew when the guys would be coming to work on the house, they showed up when they said they would and completed the project within the time-frame given to us. Greg explained exactly what they would be doing and how they were going to do it.  He even went above and beyond by installing some lights for us in the crawlspace as well as an underground tube to direct water from a downspout directly to a drainage pipe.
