"

It turned out very good. I was not there at the time when the service took place, but I did ask the person that was here to go over things in further details. That's exactly what they did and from my understanding they had no problem in doing that. They even went further than that, so they went over and above to what I asked. I set it all up. I spoke to the gentleman that did the repair. I used them twice, I don't see why I would not use them for the third time. The guy did a great job.

"Excellent, Darrel, their on call technician was prompt, professional, and had our furnace working again within hours. He was courteous to our family with two toddler age children's schedule and quickly diagnosed/repaired the faulty wiring."

"They installed the Air conditioner about a year ago, and they came back this summer to service the unit. The service was good, they have great customer service, they always respond if you need a service, it was a quick response, they practice proper covid safeguards which was very important."

"Zach is great, we have been using him for years. Service is top notch, he is an expert in the industry and does not try and sell you unneeded service parts as many others in the industry do. You will not be disappointed using Edwards Mechanical for your heating and cooling needs. Whether it’s a full new install, broken unit, or just need some seasonal maintenance this is a company you can truly trust."

"Rick and Nate did not disappoint. Service professor is professional, thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. They come when they say they're going to. They do the work and clean up after. They don't push their products or services even when bringing them to your attention. Most specifically they do good work and stand behind it."

"Our service professional was professional and personable. He came the same day and worked in the pouring rain to fix our air conditioner. He did not try to upsell us on anything that was not needed. He was very cautious about tracking in water and mud. Everything was cleaned when he was done. He even swapped out our filter for the furnace while he was here."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
