Job was completed quickly and satisfactorily. Service people were friendly and explained what was required and how they were going to fix the problem. "The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

He is local to Anacortes and came quickly, assessed the situation, and helped me get it under control until he could get what was required for the remedy. He returned with the necessary parts when he said he would, and stayed late to finish the job and test everything. He even helped me with a few other plumbing issues that had nothing to do with why I called him. His apprentice was also very helpful and respectful. Brandon has true integrity, a strong commitment to do the job right, as well as valuable experience and a great knowledge base. He was friendly and a pleasure to deal with in the midst of this stressful plumbing mess. His pricing was very fair and transparent. I feel so blessed to have found him when I really needed help. From start to finish, he was wonderful, and assured me it would all get taken care of and it did! He also had great communication re: timing, recommendations, and everything to do with the situation.
