"I used HomeAdvisor to look at options. As soon as I entered my info I got a call from the owner of Alpha Omega. He was willing to send someone right away but I decided on the next day. The tech showed up as scheduled. As is typical of our luck, the fix was going to be more than expected and we were given the option of doing that or replacing the water heater. The tech got the water heater and only ended up being involved in our project about an hour more than originally scheduled.
