"Very well. The technician/repairman, Benji, was knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. We have not had people in our home due to COVID, but he was careful to use a mask and keep appropriate social distance while assessing and later fixing our problem. He knew immediately that our problem was the motor and instead of saying right away that we needed a new machine, he said that he thought that a replacement motor was the way to go. We agreed. He had to order the new motor and the company called to fix a followup appointment about 10 days later. Since we were doing the repair with their company, we did not have to pay for the original service call. Benji came back and did the replacement very efficiently and we are in business again for a total of US $ 269. A very good deal compared to buying a new machine. Thanks to All American Appliance Service, Benji and also Cindy who responded to my initial call. We are very satisfied with their services and would call on them again."

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"I was very happy to have John from Mayo Plumbing complete my gas line. From the start John was professional and highly competent. He obviously had significant experience with this kind of job. He came out to our house first to get measurements and see what supplies needed to be ordered for the job. Once he had the supplies, he coordinated with us to get the work done just a few days before the new range arrived. We only were without a stove for a day! We will definitely call Mayo Plumbing the next time we need plumbing work done!"

"ALSO, REPLACED BROKEN PIPE AT NO CHARGE. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

"We chose not to repair due to age of machine and total lack of support from Select Home Warranty to replace or repair it. However, if we buy a replacement from Energy Solutions, they will rebate us the service call fee, which is very nice of them."
