Sam diagnosed the trouble and we had Sam install a new Raheem water heater. He was very quick to respond to my needs and explained very clearly the trouble found. Installation was really done neatly and he left the work area very clean. I am more then satisfied with the work, product and technician. Well done."

"Did a fine job installing water heater, but then the installer apparently did not push out the air in the lines through the house. The faucet in the kitchen then loss water pressure since there was debris from the old water heater in the lines. I was told there would be no charge when they came back to investigate for the inspection fee, but there was. I made my case and then it went away. Overall, they did a great job with the work. Ted and Glen are the ones I would want back. Very experienced at the trade."
