"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. During the process of doing the work, they damaged my property. They said they would fix it, but I called many times and continued to get the run around. Finally they had someone come out to paint, which did not cover the blue dye or fix the issue with the stained flooring or base boards. I have continued to call and been told a manager will reach out, which they never do. I have filed a complaint with the BBB."

"Jason did outstanding work today! Fixed multiple issues in downstairs bathrooms. Neither shower/tub combo mechanisms were working properly, so we installed new fixtures that we picked out--suggest that you pick them out if you don't want the very basic ones. We also wanted a handheld shower feature in one. The tub spout on one was difficult to remove and they had to use a saw, and did so without causing any damage! They added new drain fixtures as well. I love that they are full-service plumbing only and they do good work. They may not have the lowest prices, but quality installation does matter, and that's what we got! Our kitchen sink faucet had been leaking at the base, so they installed a new one we picked out without issue, and it looks great. Jason was very knowledgable, professional, and skilled. "

"Everything was good they came did the work and I am happy with the installers. Had gotten bid from other contractors but wanted someone to do all the work without having to use two different contractors. They fit the bill. I only wish that when the person who gives the quote that they don’t say something that is not true."

"I called Ray Ray's plumbing for a rough-in on my new addition and if you stop reading now please don't make the same mistake I made, just find someone else. Out of the four fixtures they roughed in, three had a slope in the wrong direction, two of them leaked water from being further than 5 degrees off set, and all of them are more than 12" from the design. The owner, Leslie Ray Fewell is a joke of a man with not a single gram of dignity in his body. He will not take responsibility for any actions done under his name, his company or anyone employed by him. Once you pay him he will deny service, tell you he did not receive payment and revoke anything he can. His employees are uneducated, unprofessional and should have anything they have ever touched looked at by a third party and investigated by the Texas State board of plumbing examiners. He will take you for a run and after four+ months, you will only be looking for a new plumber to fix everything they have touched."

"They do exceptionally good detailed work, very quickly and efficiently. Alan can do everything from building beautiful arbors, and decks to installing light fixtures and ceiling fans. Very reliable. Reasonable cost to work performed. They try to locate reasonable priced items for the install as well. Highly recommend them for any job."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Their team was very efficient and clean. They quickly gutted and removed material from the home. Dust shields were hung to prevent dust throughout the house. The installation involved us and our custom needs the entire way. The workers were meticulous with their trades a and finished with high quality work. If I ever used someone else besides Solid Rock, I was disappointed and wished I had called them. I now have them established as my “goto construction company” for all remodels and building projects."
