"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"Great service all around. 1. Called the office to discuss the issue. Made an appointment for a formal inspection and quote. 2. Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. I only got one quote as I have had it looked at a couple times previously over the years and I felt comfortable with the cost as well as the folks I interacted with. 5. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6. There was a team of 6 guys that arrived the day of the sewer line replacement, they were all personable and worked well with each other. They put in a hard days work and got it all done and cleaned up on the same day. From making the call to the completed work was 4 days. Very satisfied with the entire process. "The service did not work out very well at all. The individual came out and worked on the water softener for an extremely long period of time, which I didn't have a complaint about, but after he was done, the water softener was leaking internally. You could hear the water running. I called him back and I asked him what his recommendation was, and he asked me whether my water was soft, I said yes, so he said he was done. I wasn't asking him to come and fix it for free, I was asking if it was repairable, because he said he got into it and found out one of the ports was blocked, and he peeled off the calcium and showed it to me, but now it is working. I had one that was not working right, and now I have one that is not working at all. I called to find out if he could fix it, and he said that if the water was soft, he was done. I was not happy with that. I am now trying to find someone who can come and look at it and see if it is fixable or if I have to replace it. It wasn't too long after I purchased the big deal that they came out. They didn't charge us anything extra. I thought the price was about right. He worked extremely hard, other than the possible damage that he did. He responded very well, but he didn't want to follow up on it. I will not use him again in the future."
