"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"Approximately $20,000 job cost. Considering the work done, we think it went great. From Kristen in the office, Travis the owner, Toby the plumber and his helpers, and the excavators who dug the tunnel all were professional. Travis worked with our insurance company throughout this repair. It was such a relief when something unexpected came up, he could handle it and we did not need to try to explain it to insurance company. He knows what he is doing. Not once did we get a call from our insurance company with any questions. I will admit, we are not always easy to work with and the fact we were leaving on a trip on Sep 24th made us worry if job would be finished, but I should have trusted Travis. He assured me it would be and it was with a week to spare. Everyone that came to our house worked hard and did their jobs. "Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "Work went great. Our initial call was due to a leaking water heater and leaking shower valve. I called Legend Plumbing and Jesse came that morning. He observed that we had galvanized piping, and getting the house re-piped was on our list of things to do. Legend Plumbing gave us a 'package' bid in which we were given a significant discount on the water heater replacement, plus repairing the shower and re-piping the house and water line leading from the water meter to our house. We had to have the water shut off twice, and they worked with us to accommodate our schedule.
