"The repair progress was great.  He walked us through all steps and kept us informed all the way through.  This was a computer my son built himself and he took the time to talk to him and answer all of his questions.  In my opinion he went above and beyond what was asked of him.  I would definitely use him again.

"Geroge and Robert are fantastic gentlemen. I needed a network (ethernet) cable run from the basement to attic because the signal I was getting wasn't strong enough. Robert did a great job. His many years of experience shine through when you watch him work. He did a couple of small holes, ran the cables, tied everything neatly and was gone in 1.5 hours. Thank you very much!!! You gentlemen are lifesavers."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"I was contacted by the owner Andy minutes after submitting request for phone wire repair. I had my doubts I would be able to find a contractor to handle such a small job (Two line telephone in residence). He scheduled appointment for the next day and arrived when promised. Rate was clearly stated and Andy worked efficiently and professionally to solve the issue."

"My husband & I own a small business and I needed help with something on my lap top which I use for all our work. I didn't have a virus but needed what I guess would be a repair. I called and spoke with Bob who suggested I make an appointment as my issue could take some time. I called back a few days later & made the appointment. He called at exactly the agreed time. I'm familiar with having a company/person take over my computer which he did and then I went back to work while he did his work. He did need to call me several times about certain things but I basically did my work--but I admit I also watched at different times as he worked. It turned out what I needed took much longer than what he thought - he also told me that my old (about 10 years) lap top would be like it was when it was brand new! Not only was that accomplished he went way beyond fixing the original issue which was hard drive space (or lack of). He was very helpful with any questions and explained things in a way I could understand! Because it took so much longer I offered to pay more money but he would not accept any additional payment. I will be getting a new PC in a few months and I will definitely be contacting him to set some things up, walk me through some other things & handle some installations. It's SO nice to have someone trustworthy because let's face they can have access to everything on your computer. Don't hesitate to contact this company - my only few pieces of advise - have all the information you can gather about your PC/laptop - age - kind etc, a clear or as best as possible description of your issue, schedule extra time as it can take longer & if you 'watch" and see things you don't understand - don't panic - they will get things done as promised & most likely better!"

"I highly recommend Anthony for computer or laptop repair services. I appreciate that he looked at my computer to see if he could repair it before committing to anything on my behalf. It was so convenient to have him remote login and then Just let him work his magic on fixing the laptop. I will use him in the future and you should too!

"Jason called me back the same afternoon I purchased the package, and sent an email to confirm the day and time he would call. Jason called on time, and spent almost 3 hours clearing the computer of viruses that was causing continuous pop-ups. He was most friendly, and did a terrific job! One price, no hourly pricing, and a great job!

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
I will contact Geek Choice again.
