Get matched with top walk in tub installers and replacers in Fleming Island, FL

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Brenden was our tech. He showed up within 45 of our call in. Polite, professional and highly competent. Within an hour, he had completed the repair, new part installed and was done. I had my water heater back up and operational. Thanks Fenwick!"

"Plumber was very professional and did a great job. He left everything clean"

"Our job was fairly small. We had a bathroom that was only five years old, needing to meet ADA standards. We had to remove the garden tub so we could extend the shower to the required dimensions. Plus, we wanted to add bars, fixtures, a bench, and a larger door that swings open. Then, we wanted to turn the remaining garden tub area into a sit-down vanity by extending the sink countertop. Since we already had tile that matched the existing floor tile, they only needed to fill in the remaining tub area not covered by the extended shower. As we always do, we had three companies come out for estimates. One ghosted us as soon as they realized the size of the job, and the second ghosted us after we declined their first proposal which clearly demonstrated that they wanted to do much more remodeling than we had requested. AP Advanced Construction Inc was the only company that made meeting our needs a priority over making each of their jobs most profitable. Our journey began with Artur. He came out for the estimate, drew up the proposal, and assisted us with choosing tiles and fixtures. He also humored us with contract modifications/updates so that details were noted as required for the grant we were using. When the job was about to begin, we met Gerrard which would be overseeing our remodel. From that point forward, our communication was with him and whether it was scheduling workers or handling hiccups, he was on the ball. We knew we were in good hands. The process from demolition to completion only took five weeks and we’ve been instructed to contact them if we find any issues. We are very pleased with our bathroom modification and would most certainly recommend them to others."

"This was the very best experience. Clint understood exactly what I wanted and provided it with the best quality of materials and workmanship. My sunroom actually exceeded what I expected to be. It is beautiful and perfect. I highly recommend Clint. We have used his services in the past also on a previous house and his work does not disappoint ever."

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"It was great. They did a wonderful job and in the matter of fact I have recommended them to a couple of my neighbors.  I asked him a lot of questions and he was good at explaining things to me."

"I was pretty nervous about having this work done.  But since I couldn't afford a new tub (installation costs yikes!) I opted for the resurfacing.   I got lots of estimates and although Ike's quote was not the lowest, the process he described sounded much more thorough than what others described.  He would sand it, bond the chip, prime it and spray 2-3 coats.
He was punctual and very friendly both when he gave me quote and when he performed the work.  He and his crew (really his family...so nice) put down drop cloths everywhere they walked and covered everything in the vicinity of the tub.  They even had a fan and long hose to vent the fumes out of the house.
When finished, he caulked the tub (we had replaced the tile and hadn't caulked yet) around the walls and reinstalled the drain.   Very clean.  The only thing was he used some sort of caulk that started falling apart after a couple weeks.  Maybe it old or maybe just a cheap caulk.  Not sure.  No big deal though I just pulled it out and redid it with my own fancy caulk.  Next time, I'll hand him my choice of caulk and I know he'll do the job.
He gave us instructions on how to take care of the new surface (cleaning, etc) and we've followed it to a "T".
It's been 6 months and the tub still looks great and the chip fix is still perfect.  I would definitely use Porcelite again.
