This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."

"<p>Alan and Angie were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.  Alan took the time to come to our home very early one morning (outside of his normal business hours) to accommodate my husbands and my busy work schedules.  Alan is extremely knowledgeable about his product and was able to guide us threw what the best choice for our home was.  Angie worked with us to give us a organized and detailed proposal, and was very communicative throughout the entire process from the signing of the contract right through the installation of the windows and beyond.  Alan even showed us his manufacturing facility when we went to their offices to sign our contract.</p> <p>The install was a 2 day process in which the installers placed and wrapped all 17 of the windows in one day.  Not only were they fast and efficient, they were very clean and really nice people.  They returned a second day and framed, installed and wrapped our sliding patio door in 2 hours and were cleaned up and completed.  We were very impressed with the installers work ethic, cleanliness and overall performance in their work.</p> <p>The Window's themselves are amazing.  We went with Triple pain glass as we live on a busy road and the noise reduction and insulation difference is amazing.  The windows look great, function amazingly well and were extremely affordable. "Trevor was spectacular and totally qualified to lead his crew. We live near Limecrest Quarry and our windows get covered with lime dust. They actually look white and honestly, it is not the highest priority in our budget.. The guys did an mazing job and I will now have them spring and fall. They cleaned the gutters at $100.00 less than what I am used to, cleaned the windows inside and out and power washed the screens. We could not be happier with the results! Don't hesitate to call them!"

"I called and we confirmed the price which was posted on their website to replace my windshield. <br /> We set up an appointment for the next day. The installer would call me in the morning and tell me what time. <br /> I was informed in the morning, that the windshield was not available locally and could we reschedule for the next day -- I did so. <br /> I was called the next morning and informed that it was more difficult to find the part and that the office would call me the next day. <br /> This was their only faux-pax (forgiven). <br /> I waited a few days and called. Very nice (always) on the phone. They looked me up and found the order -- It said it was NA (probably not available). The woman asked me to hold -- one minute later she came back and told me they had the part and asked when I would like to have it installed. We scheduled for today 9/11/2014. I got a call around 8:45 (I was told to expect a call between 8-9 am) and told that he would be at my home between 11-1. <br /> He showed up around 11:30. Fixed the windshield -- very professional. Put everything back onto the windshield (stickers, EasyPass, etc.) Vacuumed the front of the car afterwards. He cleaned the windshield as well. <br /> Finally -- he collected the payment and a receipt was emailed to me. <br /> All very professional. I didn't give an 'A' for price, because I saw a price quote elsewhere for about 10% lower. Of course, Arrow had better reviews -- better safe than sorry! <br />"
