We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. "Found out why our unit failed, (electrical). It was fixed. Also told there was a leak in refrigeration line ( which we suspected last year) but we got one more year out of it. We are satisfied that we should get a new unit because replaced Freon will be outlawed by next year and to search for a leak in the line of an older air conditioning unit is not cost effective. The price for the repair ( including a Senior Discount + A $50 OFF coupon ) still did seem a bit high for the amount of work done, but I am not sure what the going rates are. Please note that Gold Medal was the ONLY company to respond to my request. I have used them a number of times in the past and my remarks above were fairly in line with past services.
