"CBP of Arizona was recommended by AC from Eddie and Son when the applied stucco to my house.  I contacted them for an extimate.  Chris Bridge came out to give me an estimate.  They were to apply an acrylic coat to the new stucco and then 2 coats of paint.  I have a porch in the back and the wood needed to be repainted the secondary color.  He also gave me an estimate to repaint my pool fence,  He suggested that I go to where he buys his paint and have someone there help me pick out the colors I wanted to use.  I had an idea of what I wanted, but not the exact shades.  They have an online site and that along with a visit to the store itself really helped get the colors correct.  <br /> A worker came out the first day to start to prep the house.  The next 2 days had a crew of 2 or 3 people to finish prepping and start painting.  They had plastic down to protect the area around the house.  After they were done they cleaned up the areas very well.  I would recommend Chris and his company to anyone and I expect to call them for some interior painting next year.  <br />"

"They came out on Sunday, got it running for a while, but needed a part they could not obtain until Monday a.m. Joe explained there was no guarantee that this would be a permanent fix as the unit was so old, but I chose to try the repair. He returned as scheduled Monday a.m., installed the new motor for $535.00 and got the unit running. Cooling was great until the next weekend when it failed again. The unit was about 5 years past warranty and unable to be repaired. I had to purchase a new unit which they installed Monday a.m. for $4488.00. They were unable to to return or reuse the $535.00 motor they installed a week earlier. So total cost was approximately $6023.00. Joe was professional, explained to me everything he was doing and why. Discussed possible alternatives in solving the problems. Was courteous and punctual throughout entire episode. Although this was a huge amount of money, I did price comparisons for other units this size and they were right in line with other reputable companies. Joe explained why he could not refund $ for the first motor. I tend to be a bit suspicious of strangers, but the company's behaviors did not set off any alarm bells. I now have an efficient unit that should save money on my electric bill. I would recommend Mechanical Brothers to friends and neighbors and will use them in the future."
