"They arrived on time, and were very polite. Walked around to see the spots I had concerns about as well as the chair seat. I opted not to have them move a china closet, secretary desk, TV and stereo. They moved other heavy furniture and put coasters under it to facilitate movement. They also put protectors around corners to protect walls. They spot treated and cleaned the carpets in the living room , dining room and hallway. There were some stuff stains which they were able to remove for the most part. They cleaned the chair. They moved furniture back into place and put blocks under them. They raked the carpets. They removed all of their equipement and cleaned up after themselves. They did offer a protective spray for the carpets but I optied out this time as it had not been a year since having it done. I really liked being able to go online and schedule my appointment and receive an accurate estimate for the service I wanted done. I will have them back again. They have always done a good job for me in the past."

"Overall, the process was ok. My upset was with non-response when I let the company know of an omission. We had originally agreed that the chairs would be covered under the cushions with the same fabric as the rest of the chair. That was not done and the under fabric in not the same. <br />"
