"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. 
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.

In it he built a playroom (which can be later be used as a bedroom), half bath and a huge living area with a custom fireplace which is gorgeous. During the process Eric consulted with me each step of the way and gave me options to consider. He gave me his expert opinion to assist in making decisions. He was always considering methods to save money but not at the detriment of quality. Eric is also very particular in his work. For example he relocated a light switch after installation deciding I would not be happy. Of course in moving it he had to patch and repaint creating more work for himself but cared more about the best outcome. The basement exceeded my expectations."

"Extremely well! I used Jason Griggs and his small but scrappy crew to repaint the interior of a home I sold just prior to purchasing this new home. They did a tremendous job for me then, at a reasonable price, so I enlisted them for this larger, more difficult job. There was wallpaper to be removed and painted over, numerous drywall repairs, caulking, and generally a lot of prep work before the actual painting could begin. They also had to work in two different phases -- prep and paint the rooms that were not being remodeled, and wait for a couple months while other rooms were being remodeled, then come back and prep and paint those rooms. All in all, this spanned a period from October to January. They did their usual outstanding job! I am so happy I was able to secure their services again. Jason is a former engineer who pays keen attention to detail. He really takes pride in doing a high quality, thorough job and will do whatever it takes to walk away with a satisfied customer. He has a great customer service attitude and often agrees when you point a blemish out, saying they will quickly take care of it. He and his crews are very trustworthy. They earned my trust on my first job at the old house -- I let them come and go as they needed, while I was away at work. Same in this case; I allowed them full rein of the house, and did not do anything special to put things away. They really are that trustworthy! It's nice when you feel that trust with a service provider. They do quality work, aren't happy unless you're happy, will do whatever it takes to make you happy, treats your home and belongings with respect, and makes you feel like you're the customer and you come first! I cannot recommend them enough. If I were you and need some painting done, I'd call The Griggs Company. I know I will contact them for all my painting needs in the future."

"I called in the morning and explained my problem. Aaron said he could show up to take a look within a couple of hours. He showed up barely two hours later, as promised, inspected the situation and gave me a verbal estimate and said he could be back to fix it after lunch. I agreed and he left. Sure enough around 12:30 he came back with his equipment and assistant and they fixed my problems by 2:00pm. I was working when they finished but he called to let me know they were done and sent me pictures of the work before covering the pipe back with dirt. I am very pleased with the professionalism (which is a rare thing nowadays) and the punctuality. The work quality looks good but time will tell. Overall I am very happy with the experience and would certainly recommend this business. I plan to begin using them to perform maintenance in the future."

"I am very happy with the quality of service I received. there were a few small projects and two large projects. the owner arrived early with a good group of employees and went right to work. well organized and the employees seem eager to work hard. i threw in some last minutes ideas and the owner added them at minimal upcharge since everyone was already there. clean communication and very fair billing. been a month now and we could not be happier and will be calling again soon for some other projects"
