"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. During the process of doing the work, they damaged my property. They said they would fix it, but I called many times and continued to get the run around. Finally they had someone come out to paint, which did not cover the blue dye or fix the issue with the stained flooring or base boards. I have continued to call and been told a manager will reach out, which they never do. I have filed a complaint with the BBB."

They do not believe in keeping the customer informed about the status of the project. They say "somebody will contact you- but nobody does. They left the work site in an unsafe condition. After receiving several quotes for an emergency grinder pump and panel replacement, they were able to give me a fair quote quickly, were thorough in their assessment and recommendations, and worked fast and clean on the day of the repair. The pump replacement felt white glove and like I was a valued customer from the first visit through install day. Other plumbers who quoted the job were knowledgeable, but GC Plumbing are clearly expert problem solvers in the field. They know their stuff, and the grinder pump install is immaculate. "I needed to replace old water heaters and also had some other plumbing work in my home - caulking and taking the wobble out of some recently installed toilets. I looked to Angi's to get some quotes, and Matthew was quick to quote the work and schedule. He was detail oriented explaining what was needed, and very tech savvy being able to provide quotes over email and the app with photos and details compared to others, in my experience, who need to come to the home first and don't seem to follow up well. I got master plumber Zack who was respectful, nice, clean and considerate of scheduling water cut offs with the family's needs. There was another customer emergency, and they were able to finish the work so we had hot water and come back the next day to finish the rest at a convenient time - showing me they really cared about their customers and triaged appropriately given how essential running water is! Highly recommended."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
