We used space heaters in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, but the rest of the house stayed cold. Along with that, I had a constant fear of an electrical fire resulting from the units, because last year a young mother and her baby died in a house fire down the street from us, most likely caused from a space heater. When Schraer came to our home that offered to install gas furnace free off charge that was just sitting in their shop! We are truly Blessed and Grateful for their kindness and generosity! "I hired Garrett Heating and cooling to install a complete system. He gave me a fair price and was set to begin work. He stated the job would take 5 days but ended up taking 15. I paid them $6000 (half upfront) and the rest upon completion. They was 2 hours late everyday. Jeff would call me and tell me they were finished and upon inspecting the work they was not. He also charged me an additional $425 for something he made up that I later found out was not done. After our city inspection and attempting to have the furnace turned on, the inspector said none of this was within code. I contacted Jeff and he hung up on me several times. He then said he would be out 7 days later to see what was done wrong and I waited several hours in 10 degree weather and he never showed up and blocked my call. DO NOT HIRE NOR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! ANGI NEEDS TO BE ASHAMED FOR ALLOWING THESE GUYS TO DO WORK FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!"
