"Kevin honestly saved our Christmas. Another company had been out and said we needed a new part in order to get our furnace going again. The problem was that the appliance stores were closed for the next 4 days for the holidays. Kevin came and determined it wasn’t a problem with our furnace but rather our thermostat. He then went out to buy a replacement and installed it himself. I wanted to cry happy tears but kept it together for the sake of not making it awkward, haha. "They will install any brand of water heater you wish, or sell you one that they carry. Person who did the install my heater did give me a heads up of problems with the unit I was buying. I ended up buying a different brand (not from the installer), and quite honestly am much happier with choice I made. Doing addition research did confirm the original concerns with my choice of product so it wasn't an issue of the installer trying to make a sale of his product."
