"Roberto, the owner, does the work himself or with a man who has worked for him for 7 years. Roberto is one of the vanishing breed of workers who take real pride in their work and pay attention to detail. I don't remember my slate floor ever looking so good. "Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! "Nathan and the guys at On Time Carpet were amazing. The day Nathan was scheduled to come to my house he called and texted me with updates to his arrival which I found to be VERY HELPFUL. When he arrived he was extremely professional, courteous and explained the whole process. Even prior to doing the job he showed me the inside of his cleaner to show it was clean and after he cleaned each room (total of 6 rooms) he showed me the water and the amount of dirt he extracted. My wife personally loved that about him. The next day after the cleaning he called me to follow up to see how the rooms were, if we were satisfied and if we weren't he was willing to come back that day and redo the rugs. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism we received. We would recommend and use them again."
