"EXCELLENT...THESE GUYS WERE GREAT...HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND"

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."

"Nick and his team arrive on time, They quickly went to work and provided covering for the carpet outside the bathroom. They remove the damaged grout. Cleaned and regrouted tile and applied sealant, to areas on the walls, bathroom sink, around tub and floor. After completion of job, walls and tile were sparkling! Lorraine Reid"

"Andrea Tudda and his team at Venezia Tile Marble & Granite were recommended by our neighbor. We really liked what we saw and set up an appointment for our bathroom and kitchen remodel. One of the many things that stands out about Andrea and his company is their ability to design a space and come up with creative solutions and recommendations. That only comes from a depth of experience and an innate creative design sense. They are also very collaborative and will present all the pros and cons to help guide you through the final layout. His crew is very skilled, neat, conscientious, and above ALL else…clean and meticulous. They didn’t leave a day with so much as a speck of dust lingering…you wouldn’t even know they were there, if not for the beautiful work they did. Andrea would check in with his crew and come in person periodically to ensure we were happy with the progress. He would drop off samples just to confirm that we were absolutely sure of the finishes. In the end, each tile that is laid gets his stamp of approval before they move on. He and his team live by the mantra: Do unto others as you would them do unto to you. We are so pleased with the outcome that we decided to select Venezia Tile Marble & Granite to renovate the entire kitchen, our bathroon, you even insulated our breakfast nook and laundry room including all new flooring. The final product came out absolutely stunning, and my wife and I are truly pleased and really excited. We can't thank you enough Andre and team! And I will 1000% recommend them to anyone looking to renovate in style."

"Roberto, the owner, does the work himself or with a man who has worked for him for 7 years. Roberto is one of the vanishing breed of workers who take real pride in their work and pay attention to detail. I don't remember my slate floor ever looking so good. He's prompt, very friendly, does a thorough job and actually cleans up after himself (another rarity). I have no complaints and plan to use his services the next time I need to spiff up my floor."

"The rug cleaning went great, our old tenants left a horrible mess and the rug looked like it would never come back to life but Priel was able to deep clean it like new! He also cleaned our kitchens and baths back to almost new again."

"Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. We plan to continue working with him for as long as he stays in business."

"It went very well. The tile work looks amazing. They were polite and professional. We are looking forward to our next tile project with them"

"The work was done carefully and the outcome was great - our tiles look like new and the grouting is far superior to what it was previously.  They were a pleasure to deal with, would definitely use them for future work.

"Pure perfection. Nathan did a wonderful job at a reasonable price and I will definitely hire him again to do future carpet cleaning. I'd also recommend him as a premier carpet deep cleaner. He's the guy you want with more positive reviews than anyone else. I'm glad that I did my homework on this research. LOOK NO FARTHER."
