"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

"I do have to say he does good work. HOWEVER.... We were quoted one price for labor and charged a much higher price. He ran into a friend and talked for a long time while charging us to chat with his friend and then proudly he told us he ran into a friend, and they chatted. We were not allowed to choose the bathtub facet that was going into OUR house. He brought it with him, and it is UGLY beyond belief and now we are stuck with this in our house. The facet is not something I would put in a cellar tub that no one ever saw it is that ugly!!!! We thought at least it must have been an expensive well-built facet because of how high the bill was but NOPE it is cheap and not expensive at all. We priced it. The highest price anywhere was $188.99 with no plumber or any other kind of discount. We were charged $700 for less than three hours of work and that gosh awful facet. We went to the place of business to question the cost and let him know we needed the serial number to register that ugly facet and he refused to answer the door. We called and left two messages and NOTHING. He is refusing to give us the serial number or explain the ridiculously high charge after quoting us $100 per hour for labor. He even insulted us because we asked what the warranty of his work was and wanted him to put his name on the paper. After all, he scribbled on the signature line. Very unprofessional."
