"They did an excellent job. They were just real efficient. They re-piped my whole house, and I was only without water for three hours in one day. That was better than the other estimates that other people had given me of how long the water would be off. My 98-year-old father lives with me so I can’t really have the water off for very long. I was unexpectedly pleased with the price. I got three estimates. They were actually the lowest which I don’t usually do. They do a lot of advertising here in this area. I probably looked them up on Angie’s List and something else. They are a big company. Their pricing was very much in line. It was reasonable. It’s about the only thing I’ve had done at my house that actually went well. I had no problems, I was shocked. These days you can’t hardly get anybody that does anything good."

"I had countertops replaced in two kitchens; the plumbing was disconnected leaving me with no water. I needed two faucets and two garbage disposals installed during a long holiday weekend. Stan of Bay City cdrove 50 miles on a Saturday evening so I could have water. He anticipated and arrived well prepared for the task.He was courteous and respectful in this COVID-19 environment. The service was outstanding! I have placed Bay City Plumbing on my list of future service providers. Bay City Plumbing is a five stars company!"
