They clearly care about the quality of their work--and they were great about wearing protective foot gear and masks, and cleaning up…so that once they left, there was nothing for me to do but enjoy the windows. I asked the billing person to double check the final invoice and/or at least explain it to me over the span of many weeks, which they flat out refused to do. The invoice ultimately got sorted out and this person claimed it was a mistake, but the fact they spent weeks refusing to double check that the invoice matched the work completed is very frustrating. Especially when it was such a large mistake. If you hire this company make sure they don't try to charge you more than you are supposed to pay!"
