"Matthew came out and replaced the sump pump. It has never worked. We have called numerous times, texted and left messages to no avail. On many occasions, his phone is out of service. I did actually speak with him and he promised to come out. Never did despite my follow-up calls. Very disappointed. Felt we were ripped off by the cost initially. Found on Angis and were charged $125 for estimate which was never discussed. He did apply to overall charge but that too was overcharged."

Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on.
