"Mr Atkins was very knowledgeable about the windows that he was selling, very friendly. Mr Atkins was not pushing me to buy the windows which I like. Once again thank you for your professionalism. I look forward to getting my new windows installed! Kelly"

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"This spring of 2020 I had all 24 windows of my 1990 colonial saltbox home replaced. I found Empire on HomeAdvisor and chose them because of their reviews. While Empire leads with their vinyl windows, I wanted something more for my home... since they sell many different manufactures, I went with Pella Architect Series. First the price was lower from Empire than it was from Pella of Wisconsin. The most important part of getting new windows is the installation (assuming you got the right windows). The team lead by George K were absolutely outstanding. George always took his shoes off in the house, to was meticulous in detail, he takes pride in his work and expected that from the team he worked with. My garage was cleaner when they left from when they found it (sweeping up). He made sure it was done right! That's what you want on your house. Melissa the owner stopped by a few times to check on the work. She's really easy to work with. She knows from experience that "something" unexpected will happen and she assured it would be handled. Well "something" did happen, we got a damaged window from Pella and there was one window that was the wrong size. Melissa and George immediately handled it and fixed everything. Empire is a local business, not a national chain. I'm very happy with the outcome... and I'm one of those picky Engineering types! Great Job Melissa, George, Lenny and team behind the scenes! Thank you!"

"Very professional company including installers! Will call them again to remodel kitchen. Quality windows, quality work."

"My windows were so inefficient I couldn’t get the temperature above 63° in the winter. I used to put plastic on the windows and the wind would blow the plastic. Lol. Also there was a significant sound improvement living near Highway 441. Installation was bing bang boom and finished within a couple hours. (Installed 5 Slider WINDOWS Fall 2018)"

"Evaluation by on-site technician was very helpful and honest. We agreed that a DIY solution was appropriate, and he provided a written outline of suggested repairs at no cost. I was very impressed, and would strongly consider hiring Overhead Solutions for future projects."

"Justin did a great job installing 2 Steel Framed egress windows for us in.Bayside, Wisconsin. The steel framed windows he installed was not the.type.he had installed before. But he called the.Owner Brightidea.com to clarify any questions he had specifically about the window. He said that this window is one the best.he had ever.seen .and installation was excellent. He is timely and such a perfection. He kept us informed each step along the way. IIt was also pleasure working with his whole staff. Than you Underground Excavation."

"we had a leak in the roof from work done by another company several years ago. Water leaks are really hard to find, but Ridge Top did, and fixed the leak. They didn't try to up-sell and talk us into more service than we needed. Recommend them. We were really grateful for them."

"First, I would like to say your crew was nice to work with. We have not had enough rain to see if the job was a success or not. I would like to say that we were disappointed in the installation of the egress window well, but after your crew came back out and repaired it, it looks good. We were not happy that your crew did not say anything about the damage that was done to the rain gutter and soffit. I do not think they would have said anything if I would not have seen it and said something. When your crew came back to repair the egress window well, they told me they would go get some paint and paint it. That was not done, and that would not have fixed the gutter and soffit that is only a year old. Now to the inside, we think your crew did a good job installing the drain tile, removing the debris, and cleaning things up, however, we are not happy with the way the concrete was put back in. It is not smooth, there are stones showing, and we think we could have done a better job. When your crew came back out to repair the egress window well, they said they could grind off the high spots, but I told them not to bother because it will still look like a kid did the job."
