They did keep in touch throughout that time, but we had to reschedule the appointment for the next day. The two appointment times that they had available did not work with previous engagements. We liked his honestly and went with KC foundation repair and excavation for our job. It took us some time to get the money together, but once we did they were able to come out and do the repair 2 weeks later. The guys were all kind, punctual and knowledgeable. They put piers in under our front stoop, installed carbon fiber straps, installed dimple board and drain tile, installed an additional sump pump, and filled a huge crack in our basement wall.
