"Marvon Construction is a CertainTeed Shingle Master. They used top of the line material. Their workmanship is outstanding. The plants and bushes around the house were unharmed. On job site personnel were very polite and easy to get along with. Time frame of work completed: 1 day for removal and 1 day for replacement for 32 squares. Addition was built in 2017. All workers are very dependable. The material they used was top of the line and their quality of work was outstanding!"

"Kodiak provided an estimate that was accurate and fair. They kept me informed as to when the project would be done, arrived on time and finished on schedule. The workers were polite, competent and did the work appropriately. I'd highly recommend this company and I'd use them again for sure. The project required building a stud wall, hanging a pre-hung door and insulating the wall."

You can typically raise your roof by four to eight feet, depending on your home's structure and roof design. The exact amount depends on factors like roof slope and framing support. Raising the roof creates additional interior space, enhances natural light, and increases your home's value. Consult a professional to determine the feasible height increase for your home.

Yes, you need a building permit to raise your roof. Obtaining a building permit ensures your project complies with local building codes and safety regulations. A professional contractor can assist with the permit and inspection process and ensure all legal and safety requirements are met. Your contractor will be familiar with building codes in your area, which can differ between cities or states.

While it's possible to raise a flat roof, it requires extensive structural modifications.
