They scraped down the old plaster, fixed all cracks, added the new fiberglass surface, removed all the old coping and tile, and added a beautiful new tile finish and new modern faced coping around the pool’s perimeter. I was extremely happy with the outcome. I go outside and just stare at my pool now thinking how beautiful it is! Such a huge transformation from the stained, cracked green pool we used to have. "We had Crystal Pool & Spa quote and then remodel our existing in ground plaster pool.  They were quick to do estimates, they only do it via email.  They were able to look up the build records of our pool and then quote the remodel based on size.  The pool is approx 15' wide by 32' long with 9' deep end and 3' shallow end.  There is a tiny spa, but the old homeowners removed the heater.  The Spa barely holds one person, so we opted to remove the spa wall and make a seating area for the pool.  CPS was quick to quote, started work in about two weeks and it took two weeks to finish.  Took a little longer since the tile we originally wanted was out of stock and took a few days to get tile samples as well.  Overall, all the crews worked quickly and hard and did an excellent job.  Two weeks start to finish until the pool was full of water

They left the backyard pretty clean afterwards, but the plaster guys left some plaster material in a flower planter bed, that was empty.  So I am left with cleaning that out.  Everyone was very nice and professional and the work went smoothly, very hassle free."

After reading a not so good  review I had some apprehension in letting Steve  bid on my project. In retrospect I would have missed out greatly. From the inception he was not only personable and knowledgeable but was also candid in exploring cost effective options on the remodel of my pool. I had gotten half a dozen estimates and fallen in the trap of "what kind of budget are we looking at?". He came in 5K under the lowest bid worked timely and never played me. He left me with a beautiful pool my kids could not wait to enjoy. As projects of the caliber evolved one is always leery of the unforeseen additional cost for ???  that did not happen here he was true to our agreement. In fact he included upgrades at no additional cost. A welcomed relief when dealing with contractors. I recommend him without reservation.

"The service removed one huge (over 50yrs old) tree that was termite infested. They also removed a liquid amber that was dead.
Then they trimmed and thinned two large pine trees. This was an all day job. They did a good job of cleaning up.  The only regret that I have is that I didn't spend extra to have the stumps ground, but this was my choice.  And yes, I would use them again--in fact I plan to when I can get to the yard.

"We were very happy with the cost and the fact that Joe looked at the least expensive options first and was able to perform everything at a lower cost than I was expecting. 
The only negative we had is that he wasn't always quick in getting back to us with next steps as he did come out on 3 separate occasions.  Joe told us that he had hurt his foot while on a job after the fact.  I understand, but it would have been good to get a return call so that we weren't wondering what was going on.  The first visit was on 5/06/13, so overall we were able to get it fixed pretty quickly.
He also wasn't able to provide much help with our request to get new wood siding and his response was just that "I don't do wood".  Again, I understand but would have been nice to get some direction on who to work with or how to move forward on that piece.
Joe was very nice and I would recommend his services.
