Job was done on time and on schedule despite some unexpected “issues” with our neighbors, which they handled with the utmost professionalism. "LI Waterproofing had done extensive work in my basement for the previous owner, so I opted to give them a try myself to resolve new problems that had not been previously addressed. John and his men were responsive and professional.  The work was done as expected and in a reasonable amount of time.  The price was right for the scope of the work requested.  Hand digging was required to expose the foundation outside.  I opted to remove the plants in my garden bed myself before the work was done.  I'm glad I did so. The men worked around the one larger hydrangea I did not move, and it was pretty roughed up during the process.  (I cut back the broken branches that were covered with tar, and I think it will be OK.)  We have had one good rain since the work was done, and the repaired areas in the basement show no signs of dampness.  So I am hopeful.  My sole criticism of the work is that clean-up could have been done better.  Gravel used to fill the window well was spilled into the adjacent garden bed on top of plants.  I spent about 2 hours sorting that out and sweeping the porch and basement where dirt and cement were left.

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
