"Michael was great.  One of the new fans was defective and he offered to return it to Home Depot as I had other repair men coming to the home that day.  I did pay him for the extra time (very little).  He was on time and he did return the following week to do other electronic repairs.   Very nice man that you can trust and does not charge an arm and a leg.  He is my new electrician from now on.
I have this fan in the family room and it was too low.  He is the only person that said that he could raise by removing the shaft... Very pleased.

"Noticed some water in the yard and turns out it was a big leak in the main water line. I called Expert Home Builders and they actually scheduled me for the same day, which was a huge relief. Tbh I only got a quote from them but I feel it was the right choice. The crew found the leak quick, replaced the damaged section and had everything back to normal that same day. What seemed like a major headache got solved way smoother than I expected. Glad I went with them"
