"While the work is not completed yet, I had such a positive experience so far, that I wanted to comment. I needed a bids for repairs on my leaking roof. While other companies were scheduling appointments weeks out, Debella could accommodate me the next day. Tanner Rossetto, (Eugene, OR office) came to do the bid for my roof. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. I was impressed! Debella was the ONLY company that actually climbed up to the roof and went in my attic space. He took pictures to show me the issues and repairs that needed to be done. I NEVER make hasty decisions and usually require time to commit to any major event. "We took several bids to remodel our kitchen and one bathroom. At the start of the process, we only had a vague idea that we wanted both updated, without any firm ideas. We really didn't realize what could be done with either room. Charles had a competitive estimate (which was on the mark), but we selected him based on his ideas of what we could do with the bathroom. He basically gutted both rooms, including knocking out walls, taking other walls back, replacing all cabinets, moving lights, installing new countertops, and flooring. The results are fantastic. The craftsmanship and quality of material and work are top notch. For the bathroom, Charles suggested what he calls a 'Japanese style' shower and bath. Our bathroom is medium sized, but by moving a wall, he was able to install a deep soaking tub at the back of a full size shower. The entire area was tiled using a porcelain ceramic tile, that I would highly recommend. He replaced the vanity with cherry cabinets and quartz countertops, and added a set of shelves that sits on the countertop between two sinks. Because of limited space, he had a cabinet for towels built into the wall, so that it butted up against the drywall on the hallway. This gives a deeper cabinet by using the space where the wall studs go. The kitchen was just as dramatic. He removed one short wall, took out a built in pantry, removed soffits, and had another wall taken back about four feet. The old cabinets were replaced with cherry and quartz that matched the bath. The backsplash and floors were done using the same type of tile as the bath, just with a slightly different look. Because we had walls removed, the kitchen now linked directly with our dining room. As a result, the flooring that we picked for the kitchen now met up with the dining room tile (travertine) that we had. We thought it would look better if the kitchen tile continued through into the dining room. In the middle of the work, we asked Charles for a bid on tiling the dining room. At the very least, we wanted to buy the tile now, so that we would know that we could match it. Charles came back with a very reasonable estimate, and was able to add that work to our project. Note: some pictures were taken during construction and are not the finished work."

"We had several small drywall cracks that needed repair, and our pull-down attic ladder had a bad hinge.  Walt and Tammy were prompt and responsive to these issues, and they also took care of a couple of additional drywall repairs without changing the estimate.  The attic ladder was an unusual repair, as it involved modifying a poorly assembled lower segment, but Walt was able to correct this without issue.  In addition, Tammy noticed some cracked caulking in our bathroom by the tub, which she also repaired for no additional charge.
Overall, we are satisfied with the work done, and we will definitely use the service again for handyman needs."

"For both houses, Ken has someone came to power wash the house.  The power wash guy did an OK job and miss some areas that I need to clean it myself.
Rental: Ken's crew came early in the morning and got to work quickly.  They caulked and painted the house in one day.  They also  scrape loose/peel paint then prime those bare wood.  They applied two coating of paint and the paint look nice and thick.  Overall a nice paint job and they cleanup well.  
Primary: same comment as the rental + I got some tree branches that is touching the house siding/gutters.  I cut/trim what I can, but a few branches was way up high, Ken's crew was kind enough to cut those for me.  My two kids (7 & 10 yrs old) were so excited and were outside most of the time watching them work.  They ask Ken's crew (Scott) many questions and Scott was nice enough to explain things to them.  Nice and kind people to work with.

"Dave painted our house 2 years ago and did an excellent job, so when we needed additional things done we called him and he did excellent work again. The siding work involved removing an outdoor faucet and fitting it around phone and electrical boxes. He replaced deck boards, cleaned and prepped everything, and used an "armor coat" paint that should last a long time. He cleaned and stained the fence in the front and side of the house. He is easy to work with and takes great pride in his work. Cost included all materials and was a great value. I would use him again."
