"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Matt from Tidal Plumbing came over - ostensibly to inspect and quote but instead he diagnosed the problem on the spot, explained patiently how it all works, and then instructed me how to get a warranty replacement for a part that I could self install. Tidal Plumbing folks were cheerful & polite, knowledgeable, and just plain happy to solve the problem. I wont go anywhere else for plumbing needs."
