"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. "They came out, looked at the stuff, and he e-mailed me a quote. He seemed professional, but just like every other company I have gotten a quote from, they all seemed to talk down on other companies. I guess that is the nature of the business. I got a quote from them and they were a little high on price."
